3, KATORI CHAATINGREDIENTS
plain flour. 2cups
Salt. 1,1/2tsp
Hot oil. 2tbsp
Water. For kneading dough
Method.
Take a deep bowl add flour, salt, hot oil and mix well then add water for kneading dough. Knead a stiff dough. Should not be very soft. Let it sit for 1/2hour. Then make a ball size pera.and dust with flour then flatten with rolling pin make a little thick round roti.then prick the flatten dough with fork and place small katori and wrap with dough. Cut excess edges with knife then fry in medium hot oil until id's became golden and crispy. Then make as many as u want.

Boil potatoes. 1cup
Sev. 1cup
Chat masala, red
Chilli powder. For sprinkle Over katori
Tamarind chatni. 1cup
Sweet yogurt. 1cup
Green chatni. 1cup
Onion, tomato. For garnishing
Method.
Now take a platter place all katoris in a line then filled each katori with boil Chana 2tbsp, 1tbsp boil potatoes,1tbsp Tamarind chatni, 1tbsp green chatni, 1tbsp sweet yogurt.sprinkle some chat masala and chilli powder over it then repeat process again then lastly add onions, tomatoes, sev and sprinkle again chat masala and chilli powder then serves immediately.
