Recipe:

Take a non stick pan and heat some butter. Add about 200 gms vermicelli and fry it till golden brown. Turn off the flame and add 2 tbsp of condensed milk and mix well. Take a cup cake paper and cup cake tray and add 2-3 tbsp of vermicelli mixture in each mold. Press it with a small glass or spoon to make the shape. Keep it in refrigerator for an hour or so. Carefully take them out of molds and keep them in refrigerator till you have to serve it.
For kheer boil 1 kg milk and add some saffron. Add 1/3 cup of soaked rice and cook for 20-30 mins or till the rice are well cooked. Keep stirring. Whisk it or use handy only 1-2 times once the rice are soft. Add about 1/4 cup of sugar + cardamon powder and let it dissolve. Once the kheer thickens switch off the flame and mix in about 1 cup of rabri. Let it cool and then pour it in vermicelli bowls and garnish with almonds/cashew nuts/pistachios etc. Serve it cold. ๐Ÿ˜Š
