6. Gajar ki barfi
*For barfi
U will need
Carrots 1/2 kg shredded
Heavy cream 1 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Sugar as per ur taste .
Ghee 4 tbsp
Note
Heavy cream is whipping cream but ise unwhipped in it. It is sweet so quantity of sugar must be controlled
Ok so
Procedure
Add carrots in milk in pan
Cook it on high medium flame .until milk is absorbed by the carrots
Add sugar and ghee and bhunafy it
Add heavy cream and bhunafy again.
It took more than an hour..
*For topping
Cook khoya and sugar on pan .. as per ur taste.
Assemble
On a tray put butter paper then pour the carrot barfi mixture onto it. And then pour the khoya mixture . .
Let it cool on room temp and then refrigerate , after that cut pieces
