Murgh malai kabab๐Ÿ–๐Ÿด
Chicken mince 400 gm
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2tbsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1 inch piece
Salt 1 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Greeb chilli 2
Egg half
Nestle cream 1 tbsp
Breadcrums 1 cup
Mozerella chesse 2 tbsp
Method
Grind this mince with all masala in grinder than add cream mozrella cheesse and breadcrums .make a kabab shape abd fry it
Potato stuff chicken tikka cutlets๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿฅ”๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ—
For chicken stuffing
Chicken 600 gm
Shan tikka masala 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
1 onion chop
For potatos
6 potatoes boiled and mash
Zeera bhona hua 1 tsp
Corainder roasted 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper half spoon
White pepper half sp
Ajwain 1 pinch
Method
In a frying pan add chicken tikka masla onion and 1 tbsp oil mix it well and cook it well
Now add all masala in potatoes
Make potato ball stuff chicken tikka pieces
Than coat it in egg than breadcrums and vermicili fry it on medium flame
