SCHEZWAN CHILLI CHICKEN"
INGREDIENTS.FOR MARINATION.
CHICKEN boneless. 1/2kg
Chicken powder. 1tbsp
Salt. 1tsp
Black pepper. 1tsp
Crush red chillies. 1/2tsp optional
Egg. 1beaten
Soya sauce. 1tbsp
Chilli sauce. 1tbsp
Venigar. 1tsp
Flour(maida). 2tbsp( bhar k)
Cornflour. 4tbsp

Method.
Marinate c hicken pieces in all above mentioned ingredients well. Let it sit for half an hour. Then fry on medium flame until chicken fully cooked and became light golden in colour. Dnt give too much colour to the chicken.now ur fried chicken is ready.
FOR SAUCE.
Chilli oil. 4tbsp
Crush garlic. 2cloves
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Bottom red. 4,5
Chillies
Tomato ketchup. 4tbsp
Chilli garlic ketchup 6tbsp
Chicken powder. 1tsp
Black pepper. 1tsp
Salt. As required
Cornflour. 1tbsp dissolve in 1/2cup water
Method.
Heat chilli oil in a wok now add bottom red chillies and garlic and sautee for 2min then add tomato ketchup and chilli garlic ketchup, and add salt, chicken powder, black pepper, mix well on medium flame the add cornflour dissolve in water and keep stirring until its became little thick. Check salt, add water if needed then add fried chicken and capsicum and spring onions and cook for 2min then serves with fried rice or plain garlic rice.
